Adam Hammer, PT, DPT, OCS, Owner

Adam grew up in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University. He graduated from Central Michigan University Physical Therapy Program in 2016 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree. Following PT school, he was accepted to the Utah Orthopedic Residency program where he specialized in orthopedic care at the VA medical center and the University of Utah Orthopedic Center in Salt Lake City. There he received additional education in manual therapy and management of orthopedic conditions. Adam has authored and co-authored research articles on flexibility, foam rolling, and exercise. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, surfing, fishing, exercising, and spending time with his family.

Chloe Kerns, PTA
Chloe grew up in Paso Robles, California. She received her Bachelors of Science in Allied Health Sciences from the University of Connecticut, where she also played D1 softball. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Tyler Junior College’s Physical Therapist Assistant program in 2023. She enjoys working with a variety of patients and has a background treating both orthopedic and neurological injuries. When not at work, she enjoys going to the gym, reading, cooking, hiking, and being around family and friends.

Hallie Scott, PTA
Hallie grew up in Paso Robles, California. She received her associates degree in applied science in physical therapy assisting from Provo college, Utah in 2023 where she discovered her passion for neurologic disorders and the geriatric population. As a former dance teacher she enjoys helping people through movement and believes the human body is capable of amazing things. When not at work she enjoys water sports, playing tourist, and spending time in the sun with friends and family.
